This website is operated by Pistachio and Co. Throughout the website the terms “we” “us” and “our” refer to Pistachio and Co. By using this website and our services you agree to the following terms and conditions including all policies referenced on this website.
By visiting our website and or purchasing something from us you engage in our services and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the website including visitors customers suppliers and merchants. If you do not agree to these terms you may not use our website or services.
Any new features or tools added to the webshop will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update change or replace any part of these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes have been posted means that you accept those changes.
Our webshop is hosted by Shopify which provides the e commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services online.
Article 1 – Definitions
Cooling Off Period: the period during which the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Customer: a natural person acting for personal purposes who enters into a distance agreement with the seller.
Day: calendar day.
Durable Data Carrier: any method that allows information to be stored for future reference without alteration.
Right of Withdrawal: the customer’s right to cancel the agreement within the cooling off period.
Seller: Pistachio and Co as the provider of products sold remotely.
Distance Agreement: an agreement concluded through online communication without the physical presence of both parties.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Pistachio and Co and to every agreement concluded through our webshop.
Before completing a purchase the customer will have access to these Terms and Conditions. If any provision is found to be invalid the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers displayed on the website are non binding. Pistachio and Co reserves the right to modify products prices and information at any time.
We aim to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However slight differences in colour size or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production variations.
All prices shown on the website exclude possible import duties customs clearance fees and import taxes which may be charged by customs authorities or shipping carriers in the customer’s country.
Article 5 – The Agreement
An agreement is formed once the customer places an order and the payment has been successfully processed.
Pistachio and Co reserves the right to refuse orders or apply additional conditions if necessary.
All agreements are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of receiving it without providing a reason.
To request a return the customer must contact us via info@pistachioandco.com including the order number the reason for the return and if necessary a photo of the product.
After the return request has been approved the product must be returned within 14 days.
Returned products must:
• be unused
• be in original condition
• be returned in the original packaging
• if applicable be thoroughly cleaned
For hygiene reasons certain products cannot be returned including:
• underwear
• lingerie
• tights
• personal care products
• products with broken seals
If the customer does not contact us within the return period the right of withdrawal will expire.
Article 7 – Return Costs and Refunds
Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be shipped to China. Return shipping costs generally start from approximately €20 depending on the shipping provider and location.
We strongly recommend using a Track and Trace service as Pistachio and Co is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected the refund will be processed within 30 days through the original payment method.
Article 8 – Defective or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a defective or incorrect product Pistachio and Co will send a replacement free of charge.
If the replacement product is again incorrect or defective we will work together with the customer to find an appropriate solution. Depending on the situation this may include a replacement a refund or another suitable solution.
Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 14 days after delivery.
Article 9 – Prices and Payments
All payments must be completed immediately at checkout using the available payment methods on the webshop.
Pistachio and Co reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Obvious pricing errors typographical mistakes or incorrect product information are not binding.
Article 10 – Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
The average delivery time is 8 to 12 business days depending on the destination.
Pistachio and Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers customs or other external parties.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered.
Article 11 – Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed due to our automated processing system.
Article 12 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted as soon as possible and clearly described by contacting info@pistachioandco.com.
Pistachio and Co aims to respond to complaints within 14 days.
Article 13 – Governing Law
All agreements between Pistachio and Co and the customer are governed by Dutch law regardless of the customer’s country of residence.
