Shipping policy

Below you will find the estimated delivery times for all our shipments.

• Once an order is placed we need 1 to 3 working days to process it. During weekdays this usually takes one working day but orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer.
• After processing your order will be shipped and the average delivery time is 8 to 12 working days.

Placing an order

Ordering at Pistachio & Co is simple. Go to the product page and add the item you want to your cart by clicking the black “Add to cart” button. Check that you have selected the correct options. If everything looks correct proceed to checkout by clicking “Continue to checkout”. On the information page enter your address details and click “Continue to shipping”. On the shipping page you can review your address information. Each shipment is completely free.

Click “Continue to payment” and select your preferred payment method. All payment options on our webshop are SSL encrypted which ensures a secure payment environment. You can pay by credit card (AMEX Mastercard Maestro Visa) bank transfer EPS or direct payment. Click “Complete order” and follow the instructions on the selected payment page. We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are shipped free of charge with no minimum order value.
