Return Policy

Important
Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.

Returns
Term
You have 60 days from the date you receive your product to return it. If 60 days have passed we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it unused and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important these must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exclusions
For hygiene reasons certain products cannot be returned such as underwear lingerie tights and certain personal care items.

Initiating the process
If you would like to return a product please send an email to pistachio.co.shop@gmail.com including your order number the reason for the return a photo of the product in case of damage and your contact details.

Refunds
Procedure
Once we have received and inspected your return we will send you an email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved your refund will be processed within 30 days and will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after 30 days please first check your bank account again. If you still have not received it contact us at pistachio.co.shop@gmail.com.

Costs
Return shipping costs
All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using Track and Trace for your return as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. Returns must be sent to China and costs start from €20 which are payable by the customer.

Exceptions
Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product we will send a new product free of charge. If it is still incorrect the second time you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed due to our automated system.
