Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Returns

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. After 30 days we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

Regular priced items may be returned for a refund or exchange.

Sale Items

All sale items discounted products and promotional purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons certain items cannot be returned including underwear lingerie tights swimwear and personal care products.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for regular priced items. Return shipping costs for approved exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the request
  • Photos in case of damaged or incorrect items
  • Your contact details

Please note:

  • Refunds are only available for regular priced items
  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 business days please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still require assistance contact us at info@pistachioandco.com

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. As returns are processed through our international warehouse return shipping fees may vary. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged defective or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours after delivery including clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed automatically therefore cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.
